My name is Jackie and I am 10 years old.

我叫Jackie，我今年十岁啦。

My school was called Shanghai United School International, and then there are a lot of subjects, but there is a lot of subjects that we don't have but very common as in England schools, such as science we don't have it, but i know that. 

我的学校叫上海协和双语国际学校，有很多科目，不过像科学这种的我们学校没有，和英国不一样。

是的！我喜欢。

I can interrupt with Robots. 

我喜欢玩机器人。

AI? emm, they are really cool. 

AI？嗯，我觉得他们很酷。

I think now robots is not powerful enough to take over the world, but in the future, they will be better robots, it can be dangerous and to take over the world. A lot of jobs that human did will be taken over by robots.  

我认为现在的机器人还不足以称霸世界，但是在将来，他们会进化的更好，可能会很危险。机器人可以代替很多人类做的工作。

像是IT这类的吗？

Also we are family and we are caring, but we are also academic, we believe that you can have a mix of those things, sometimes if you are just academic, you can be almost in a tunnel, are you are just being pushing and pushing. And we believed that if we are family, community, if we support each other properly, and you will help them with their ambition, to achieve really good things, but not the expense of everything else, to get a balance.

除此之外，我们是一个家庭会互相关心，但是我们也注重学术，我们希望学生是一个多元化的人。我们相信像一个家庭一样互相支持，会帮助孩子们完成他们的理想帮助他们实现。

It is part of the school, good place to play hide and seek, duty teacher in the jungle.

two rules, 1 rule always : be kind, because if you are kind, everything else follows; rule 2: you can go anywhere, but you must be able to hear the bell. We have a bell outside the school and we ring, and that’s the sign to comeback to start our lessons, you can go to play or talk to the chicken, tennis court, table tennis, but you have to be close enough to hear the bells, and when the bell rings, you stop what you were doing and come back, thats the rules work very well.

我们有两条规则，(RULE1) 我们永远的一条规则就是：善良。因为只要你善良的，其他的一切都会随之而来。 （RULE2）第二条规则就是：无论你去了哪里，你都必须听到钟声。我们在学校里会敲钟提醒学生回来上课，你可以去外面玩，去打乒乓球，去打网球，但是当钟声响起，你需要马上回来上课。

Future school is not a decision you can force, we have lots of staffs involved in their care and we talk a lot as a staff as a communication is the key thing, everybody gets to know the pupils, we discuss them and we exchange ideas, we start to get a picture of them, we keep records of their academic success, but also, we talk about how they are in a creative subjects, we look at what they do in the sport, are they joining in the music, and that helps us to get a picture and we know the senior schools well, so we know if you have a child that is tough, not aggressive, but ambitious like that, we can say that this school is good, quieter child, don't go there give them the ideas,  OPEN MIND, schools changes, not entirely, but the feel of the school can change.

你不可以强迫jackie对于之后学校的选择。我们有很多的老师会在照顾他们的同时交流并且了解每一个学生，了解学生的想法。我们会对学生们有一个大致的了解，会记录他们的学术成就，看看他们做什么运动，是不是喜欢音乐。我们会通过这些来判断一个学生的性格，如果他很聪明，雄心壮志，我们鼓励他们去这个学校。如果是安静一点的学生，我们会给他们不要去这些学校的建议。开放性的思想，学校不会完全的改变，但是学校给予学生的感觉会。

Bigger Picture, Eton is not a school suitable for everybody, what is best for child for everybody, give you my opinion as a educator for 25 years,

总体来说，拿伊顿公学来举例子，伊顿公学并不是每个人都合适，我会用在教育行业25年的经验来给孩子们选择最适合他们的。
